all the 3.1L's tick when cold...don't worry about it. It's not a lifter..may be piston slap

Change your oil, or at the very least check your oil and coolent level daily.

if your coolent level goes down it may be leaking, either internaly or externaly. if you oil level goes up on the dipstick. change your oil and coolent and have your lower intake manifold gasket replaced immediately with the new felpros. expect to pay $800.00 for a garage to do this.
