Yes, they do make a direct fit. Tell them you need a cat for a Sentra SE-R. I've had one for 4.5 years. I bought it for my SE-R and it's currently on my DET powered P10.
As for worth it...... 
The RT cat is roughly $200. The OEM cat was $720 from Courtesy Nissan (25% discount) 4.5 years ago. That's $900 list!
