Run forur cats, it does not matter of it is H or X, most common aftermarket is X. I prefer H pipes.
4 Cats IS louder than 6 cats, and 2 cats IS louder than 4 cats. I personally have tested that theory and have seen 22decible increase in sound going from 6 cats to 2 cats. and it was about 10db going from 6 to 4 cats.
