Welcome. If its the mount on the driver's side, you will need to support the motor and transmission with a jack or other suitable object. Do not support the transmission or the motor by the oil pan as this will damage the pan. Place a floor jack under the transmission and lift it slightly. This will relieve pressure on the mount so it can be removed. The bolts are tight, be careful not to loose too much skin on your knuckles (done it plenty of times). Good luck.
