Best way is to have the fuel injectors professionally cleaned and a balance test run.

You should be able to replace just the broken stud. But be careful if you have ABS because pounding the old stud out may damage the wheel sensor or hub bearings. Or you can remove the hub assembly and take the hub to an automotive machine shop where they will press the stud out.
