Hah, I had fun last Sunday night... I was just sittin' around the house, bored as hell... and couldn't sleep... so at 11pm... I got an idea... I took one of the extra intakes from the Talon, and made a CAI for the BMW... I had to do a little work to get it to fit, but nothing major. I finally got it done, then I had to rip the stock intake box out of the BMW (PITA, it has a sort of ram air system on the car). Finally, I was able to bolt it in. It was well after midnight at this point. Should I call it a night???
Hell no, I decided to crank up the car and see what it sounded like. Idling, nearly the same, except a little deeper note. Revving it, it sounds a little louder than stock, until WOT... It sounds bad ass there. I decided to go riding, it had been raining all day, the roads were slick and I wanted to have a little fun

.
When I was leaving the driveway, I gunned it. I immediately noticed a small gain in the acceleration. The tires broke loose easily on the wet pavement
After drifting for 30 mins or so, I went back to the house. Damn, me and my roommate sat there and talked a/b the drifts for a little while... Then I got ballsy and let him drive the car

(We made it)
After another 20 mins, we went back to the house again, sat around for 30 or so. Tried callin' up some friends to come out to the house. Lookin' to do some drinkin' or somethin'... Called up his buddy w/a Z71, wanted him to take us mud slingin... He was asleep.
I was like screw it, lets take the BMW...

Man that was a helluva lotta fun. We went in a field behind my house (behind some trees), on my landlord's property, and slung from a/b 1:30-2:30. Left there, for fear of the law getting called (my car's no longer quiet under WOT). Went out lookin' for other places to sling, but none were readily available without the threat of "law enforcement"... Not really wanting to go to jail, or have the BMW impounded, we decided to go back to the house...
but man, was that some fun...
It's taken me a few days to post this, b/c I've been bogged down here at work... oh well.
