Actualy it is that simple.

The mechanism that works the clutch fork has no effect on the relaese bearing, or the clutch plate or cover.

They are all the same, regardless of whether its a hydrolic or cable clutch.

All you have to do is goto your local Honda dealer (or aftermarket parts supplier) and ask for a clutch for a B16a powered car. It dosnt matter if its for a Del Sol or a 99' Si. They are the same.
Infact you could even fit one from a Type-R integra. (but it would be a waste if IMO)

All the B series engines and matching gear boxs use the same bolt pattern on the flywheel, and the same input shaft on the gear box.
In fact its actualy possible to take a Hydrolic CLutch J1 gear box and convert it to a Cable clutch, if you have a Y1 or S1 lying about to scavange the parts off.
