Well, for a $500-$600 budget you are going to be cutting it close. You shouldn't need a new oil pump or fuel pressure regulator. But the rest of the parts you will need. You'll also need some kind of ecu chip and upgraded injectors. You will need an oil line to feed oil to the turbo as well as one going from the turbo down to the oil pan. Some turbos have coolant lines as well, but it's not necessary to run them, but it does help for longevity of your turbo. I would recommend at least a boost gauge, oil pressure and air 2 fuel gauges - they well help you a lot with your tuning and to help you know if anything is going wrong with your setup. I'd also recommend a new clutch so you don't burn up your stock one really quick. I think I got everything except the BOV. But you have the right idea - keep reading up on them and you'll probably find a couple other things to do. Oh I would HIGHLY recommend ARP head studs - those will save your headgasket from blowing too quick.
