'89 Toyota Pick-up "Fuel pump - Sending unit??"

I have developed a fuel line leak but in the process of repairing the leak, I caused another one right on top of the tank. There are three lines and an electrical connection coming out of the tank.(I'm assuming this the sending unit for the fuel pump)? There is another electrical connection about 6 inches below this. (I'm assuming this is the connection for the gas gauge.)

I ended up cutting the main supply(the one going to the carb I think) line about 3 inches from where it goes down into the tank. I was able to get a rubber hose on to make the connection. When I started the truck up, I found another pin hole in the line right next to the one I just repaired!! But, it's so close to where the line goes down into the tank.. there is no room to cut and make the repair. All three lines are VERY VERY rusted. They should all be replaced. Is there a way to repair or replace the lines going into the tank??? I called the parts store and the do not show a part number for a sending unit. And it's Sunday... so Junk Yards are closed !!!

By the way.. we haven't taken the bed off... there were holes close to where the original leak was.. so we opted to cut away the bed floor and make the necessary repairs after we get the leaks fixed!!

Now I know this is not the proper way to repair the leaks.. but I need this vehicle to get back an forth to work. Any suggestions would be appreciated!! Thanks in advanced!! Ron
