Cedrec that happens alot, I always tell people to wash the area of any mud and start spraying WD40 on the anchors when they order t-bars to try and prevent this. On mine one was stuck and the hammer and punch worked but I nicked a spline on the adjuster so I had to use a needle file to recut it...so everyone be careful...maybe just start with the torch
