Cheap Fog Light Replacement Tutorial

I plan on posting pics of this, but I just did the mod, and it's too late at night to take apart the things and show you.

The purpose of this is to allow you to replace your 2g fog lights, if they are nonfunctional, with some cheap 30 dollar lights that you can buy at Riceboys (read pepboys) or some other store. The beauty of this is that you do not have to change any mounting or anything, and it is all completely reversible except for two small holes that aren't visible without taking everything apart.

What you will need:
The original 2g fog lights
Philips Head screwdrivers (medium and small)
Drill with bit
Small fog lights that will fit into the original housings.

To make a long story short, You take apart the original housings, remove all the parts, take the small fog lights, put them into the housings, drill a hole, use a screw through the hole to tighten the fog light to the housing, splice the wires to the harness in the housing, reassemble, and go!

I'll explain better when i get pictures, but for now,
Figure it Out

Peace
