Re: cigarette lighter shorted out
All the items that currently don't work are on the same fuse in your fuse panel. Replace the burnt fuse with a good one. If it doesn't burn out right instantly, you'll probably be ok as long as you don't use your cigarette lighter. If it does burn out instantly, you have to find the short, or cut and cap the wire as it comes off of the fuse box.
