What is the carb # for the 70 Ram Air III cars? What is the difference between the CA and Federal Carb's that they got?

Im looking into getting a new carb for my Formula Firebird, because the Holley 6210 series just is not cutting it, I was told I need larger then a 650cfm, and was told that the Rochester Q-Jet's for these came stock for 750cfm non-ram air, and 800cfm for Ram Air and Ram Air IV models? Is this accurate? I cannot image running an 800cfm on my 400, 750 yes, but not an 800 from the factory.

if you could help me out, I would love it. Also looking into getting the Jet Q-Jet, State 2 Carburator they sell online for around $340, I was wondering if this would be a good replacement for the carb that is on it now? I never had a Q-Jet on it, Always had the 6210 series, but after rebuilds, and countless tunes, I just want a factory or factory replacement carb that doesnt need alot of work to dial in, will stay dialed in, and gives me more power.
