Well, here is a quick update.
As for going with something small, that's what I want. I dont want to jump right in with the biggest, best, most expensive parts right now. I want to learn by starting small, and boosting low. Then as time goes by, and money is saved, I will work on a bigger turbo setup, and a bigger motor. See, us married people have other things to worry about than going fast.
I also have my G20 that I am working on as well. So a backyard setup for my civic will work great for me.
Now, for the parts I have picked up. This weekend I picked up the header for a bank draining $9.00
and the turbo off a Mitsu. Conquest. My other options were the turbo's off the Saab's. The turbo's off the Lebaron's are put in a very bad location to try and pull in a junkyard. The turbo I pulled may be tricky to make an adapter plate for, since it only has three studs on the exhaust side.
I may even end up ditching it for another turbo. But I will see on that. Right now I am searching for more info on this turbo, so if anyone knows of a any good sites on them, let me know.
