These vans as well as every other car im aware of today are fuel injected or have a throttle body type injection unit. The amount of gas is controlled by the computer or pcm. Is your check engine light on? Listen very carefully wih the radio off. When you turn the key to the on position do you hear a humming sound for about 5 to 10 seconds? The sound should be coming from the rear inside the gas tank. It is easy to hear. Let us know and report back. Also if there are any codes and what the codes are.
