There seems to be a contradiction in your statement. You remarked that "The window is able to roll down no problem" but previously stated that "I rolled down my window all the way little by little, until it was all the way down."

That should have been the hint. If the window motor will only operate the window a little at a time, the motor is overloading and/or failing. The regulator mechanism could be binding, the window could be misaligned or binding, the whole arrangement could be devoid of lubrication, or the motor could be failing. Remove the interior door trim and check the glass alignment. Clean and lubricate the regulator and window channels (white lithium grease on the regulator pivots and sliders, silicone grease in the glass guides). If the regulator has a lift assist coil spring, make sure it is intact. Test motor current in both directions. Anything over 15A running (not just starting) can indicate a problem.
