What spark plug wires are on there and how old are they? They dont happen to say motorcraft 1997 on them do they ? Does the car jerk and ping under mild acceleration when its changing gears?

It read, "Clyinder 8 Misfire." I purchased spark plugs at autozone, and replaced spark plug number 8. The car is still running rough, and the check engine light is still on. I am trying to fix it without spending tons of money. Do you think that I should change the plug wires or do you think it may be something else, something more expensive? Any ideas as to what it may be/ prices? Thanks for your input, and time.
