ZC sohc non-vtec or vtec? If it's the ZC sohc vtec it's about the same as a d16z6. If it's the non-vtec it's about the same as a d16a6 (maybe 2hp more). If it's a ZC dohc head it won't fit a sohc block. If it's a ZC dohc long block it'll swap in and mate to a d tranny.
