Well..can be a lot of things, here. Most frequent solution for this is cleaning IAC valve, don't know if you have done that already. What is the cause of any difference between "now" and "before" , that is just after the T belt was changed? was something changed ? Was something verified (like correct timing belt reference points). Was the crank position sensor changed?
ONce it runs, is performance up to par?
AS for deleting thread starting posts, it seems not possible , I've had same problem. One can delete own's subsequent posts, but not the opening post. THe forum administrator could change that option.
