I'm pretty sure the firing order that bluevp00 gave you is the correct one. I just did this job myself a couple of weeks ago. Are you sure you have the wires seated completely onto the plugs? Is there a reason you didn't put in new plugs while you were at it? Obviously it's something simple if the car was running fine before this. Double-check that you have the wires properly seated on both ends (plug + distributor cap) and that they are in the right order. Maybe get some dielectric grease and put inside the boots. Next time, do one wire at a time to keep this from happening. Good luck.
