Anyone know where to get some headers to fit a 94 caprice with a 5.7 350. i have had alot of trouble finding a pair, got one from JEGS a few months back and they didnt fit at all...Also i have found that my speed is five miles an hour off, is there a speed sensor in the dash that can be replaced? also i want to take apart the stock air intake and put a round filter on top of the motor, is this possible and if it is what happens to the MAP sensor? any help would be great, thanks
1. SLP offers headers specifically for the Caprice/Impala.

2. The vehicle speed sensor is located in the tailshaft housing on the left side of the transmission. You have the option of changing the VSS thimble driven gear, or reprogramming the PCM to correct the speedometer. Unless there is something wrong with the speedometer, errors are usually a percentage of indicated speed instead of a fixed number of MPH across the range. That would be almost impossible with a 1994 (digital) speedometer.

3. If your '94 has an original 350 (LT1) you must route all intake air (including CCV/PCV air) through the MAF. Installing a round air filter on top of the engine, even if it were possible, would only admit heated underhood air, costing maybe 5-8 HP. None of this affect the MAP sensor, since it is mounted to the top of the plenum.
