The instrument panel lights, license plate light, and visor lights went out on me tonight. I easily located the blown 15 amp mini fuse in the passenger side fusebox; however, upon attempting to replace it, the new fuse blew immediately.

Am I missing something easy (like making sure everything is turned off before installing the fuse)? Or, does it sound like I've got bigger electrical problems?
