alrite m8 its a piece ov piss.
its so easy.
jack car up from back an take rear wheels off
2black plastic caps at bak ov wheel arch, take them off
screw a 17mm bolt in the whole with a socket and washers so every time you tighten the bolt the socket is pushing against it
wen the bar pops out at both sides lower the jack 2 how low y want the car
uner neath car were the torsion bars meet hold them 2geather and keep tuning and pushing them until the pop into the splines then nock the in with a hammer.
bolt ya rear shocks bk up an y wheels on and its done approx 45mins
