Don't see this one very often on the forum. According to numerous sources, it's pretty cut and dried. The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) has an internal failure and needs to be replaced.

If you haven't yet you could try disconnecting the battery a couple minutes and watch for the light to come back on. If it does you need a new PCM.
