ARP sells lube. I believe its called molly lube. You need a lube that will stay on the parts and not run off like oil will. I lubed all moving parts and all cam journals with the molly lube(very generiously). After it was all together and right before I put the valve cover on I filled it up with oil straight onto the head parts. Just be carefull not to get any oil down the spark plug holes.
