Auto shutdown relay blowing fuse

Does anyone have an idea what could be causing the 20 amp fuse that is for the ASR and PCM to blow. This fuse is in the Power control center under the hood. When the fuse blows the fuel pump stops working properly. I tried unplugging the O2 sensor, the car ran for about ten minutes. Swapped the relay with another, didn't make it better or worse. This is a 96 GCL with a 4 liter.

Any help would be appreciated!!

Thans in advance
