I´m looking forward to see and compare both kits, but the LMM model must have golden wheels for that price

Ho ho ho!
What idiots! They probably didn't know that Revell was making an injected molded model of a car that they no doubt figured would sell well! What fools! They should go back in time and undo it! Or perhaps lower the price so that we won't laugh at them!
It's going to come down to preference like anything else. A great example is the Revell F430 v Fujimi F430. They have similar aftermarket support and the Fujimi kit is of course more expensive and the Revell has a full engine. Between Revell's trademark soft molding and dubious proportions (either incorrect or uncorrected to look right at 1:24); I'd take the Fujimi kit any day. This will no doubt be the case again, just like stated above.
I think it's ridiculous to scoff at the efforts of a model company when they try to release a model. That's a really bad attitude to take. If you're right, and the Revell kit is so freakin' awesome, and everyone buys that one and all the SMS/LMM production ends up sitting in a warehouse unsold, that's going to be a huge financial blow to the companies. I for one am really disappointed that Revell is putting this kit out - it's going to dilute the sales of the same car from a company that I consider a much better friend to the hobbiest and probably make them reluctant to put out more kits in the future. That's is a much greater shame than having not included gold plated wheels or having a price that's three times as much.
146 Euro

You're a real clever one for exposing how horrible they are to us! Thanks! Who in their right mind would pay that for a kit?!
Ho ho ho.
You've really hit a chord with me on this one. Really. Wow.
