Re: WIP: Ferrari 575GTC, 1/24 60th aniv. AF build

Thank you guys and sorry for longer delay.

It has reached the final stages. Rear air difusors received SMS high def CF, templates were made and everything was heavily clear coated.

Then I started with rer lights, allthou I allready decided to buy Revell 575 kit and use the lights, when I got to the store the kit was gone, so it was time for improvisation. Just to remind you, rear lights in kit are made of solid red resin and realy lack realism.
So I took some modeling clay from my son, made impresions with kit lights, sprayed cla with WD40 to prevent sticking and filed them with two part epoxy glue, since this is not resin (I didn't want to buy it just for those lights) lights are rearly perfect so I made some 16 pieces and will decide which 4 will go on kit. Last batch is still drieing so no pictures of end resoult but this is the proces.

Windows and front light covers were real pain in the but, It took me a lot of tests to finaly decide for CA and.....that was mistake at least for the light covers, so they are not perfect but I tried something and it just didn't work...that's life.

Not to bother to much here are the pictures of model in final stage (rear lights and rear view mirrors are only major things missing).

Next images will be in finished section, thank you all again on kind comments.
