If you want to post a pic you have to host it first. Either by adding it to your AF gallery or using a site that host pics. I like to you this site

Seems to work great you hit the browse button, do the lil search on your puter for the pic you want. Then click resize for message boards. Hit the go go gaget button. It resizes for you. Then copy the link usuall the first one under the pic and past it in your thread or post. The pic will show up like this
