you can use any alternator as long as its made for that model? try

www.advanceautoparts.com there is a reason why autozone has a computer. I put a 105 amp alternator in my 94 cavalier rs and works fine with my 180 watt stereo. the higher the amps the longer it'll last! If you have a 180 or 200 watt stereo like I have,i'd go with the 105 amp. Mine has a lifetime warranty!
