Welcome to AF.
Since the SES/CEL light is turning on the best thing to do is get it scanned. Post the DTC error codes. Certain DTCs will inhibit cruise control operation when they set.
On ABS scanning must be done with an ABS capable scanner or on a GM dealer's Tech II scan tool.
