Cars in ATX (Austin, Texas), in Travis county (Emissions, Safty, brake test, the whole 9 yards) lol SA (San Antonio, texas) inspection is a JOKE! my dd has no reverse lights, headlights work untill you hit a bump, wipers are so bad i can see better in the rain with my head out the window, and i passed no problem...
but the DSM in austin on the other hand, took a good friend, several practice tests, and using the sniffer about 3 inches OUTSIDE of my muffler to get my car to pass... i tipped my friend $50.
