1999 regal ls fan/blower problem
99 regal LS 3800 dual digital climate control, I can set ac/vent on mid vents high speed and blower automatically on its own turns off mid vents and may run at a slow speed through foot vents then turns back on high through mid vents. will run several minutes on high the nothing for a while..would I start by replacing the blower control module?
