hmm... what are they talking about. You should not need any drivers for that router. You access that router by typing its address in a browser ie/firefox/opera and then log in into its control console. All this is done via the network using standard networking protocols regardless of what operating system you have eg: windows/bsd/linux/mac.
As far as vista since you are using this comp to do serious work avoid it for the time being.
