This Truck Has Been Babied All Its Life Although It Has 120000 Miles On It It Looks And Run Out Brand New. Do You Know If You Can Access The Actuator By Dropping The Glove Box? I Read On Here A Guy With A 99 Blazer Changed His Actuator Because The Gear Inside Broke And He Did It Thru The Glovebox, Even Had Pictures Posted. Can't Believe This Is A $1500.00 Problem.

If that is the problem. You may be able to change it by removing the glove box.
But make sure that is the probem.
Check the heater core first.
And try a recalibrate on it.
Remove the RDO/Batt fuse with key off for a minute and then install it and turn on key and it should recalibrate.
If heater core and recalibration is ok and you have automatic controls a body scanner will give you the body codes and point to the problem.
If the code points to the air tempt door actuator remove it and and manual switch the door to see if it works.
Sometimes the air tempt door inside heater core goes bad to.
Did the dealer give you the body code or say it was a bad actuator motor or a bad blend door?
Post back body codes.
