Manual or auto heater controls?
First check is to see if the rad is full of coolant.
Is the engine getting up to normal 195-200 degrees?
Feel your heater hoses at the heater core.
Are both hot or cold or luke warm.
You could have a stopped up heater core.
If hoses are not hot at heater core.
Remove hoses and see if you can blow or run water threw the heater core.
