The brand is Excel, it is just textured spray for plastic, metal, etc. I think it's just for texturing outdoor plastic furniture (to give that metal look)
I just noticed after closer inspection that the frame rails that I foiled are actually cf.
I peeled off most of the foil and cf'd those pieces.
I cf'd the upper air box using Tamiya's supplied decals and it actually looks pretty good. A nice grey tone to it and they settled down nice with microsol.
