Re: Help! I'm confused on which tires to buy for my 2000 Rodeo!

I had the same set of Goodyear tires on 2 different Rodeo's at the same time, one truck - the '91 Rodeo I had, ran great with them; the other Rodeo, my current '97 Rodeo ran HORRIBLE with them.

To give the tires fairness, for one, they no longer make that specific model of tire, for another, the '91 Rodeo ran 15" tires, the '97 Rodeo ran 16" tires - and it's possible the 16" tires that I got were defective, I don't know for sure.

All I can say, is both trucks rode smooth for about 2yrs/15k, then the '97, even with plenty of tread left started vibrating like crazy constently, couldn't get them to stay balanced.

I will NEVER put Goodyear tires back on the '97 Rodeo; however, I'm tempted to put a set of Goodyear silentarmor's on my dodge diesel this next spring.

Personally, for a great a/t & highway tire combined, with EXCELLENT traction on all surfaces, the Bridgestone Revo's can't be beat! Ran a set of these on the '97 Rodeo until they wore out, I LOVED them - just couldn't afford the 2nd set at the time it needed em.
