Just a tip...I took the clips off of my rear springs for more flex....just the ones in back and the bottom one in front. Now it is higher when unloaded but pretty level when loaded. It rides better but a little "flexier" feeling on the road.
Are those 31's or bigger?

The rear leafs have the bolt style spring holders so the they arent tight to the springs. I was building a set of bastard springs using S10 leafs but I couldnt get them just right and wanted to get the project done so I broke down and bought a pair of ProCrap 3.5" springs. For what I payed (189/pr), they seem to be decent quality but time will tell. I had it flexed on a snow bank yesterday and was impressed with them, and they arent even broke in yet. Those are 31s on there.
I dont know if I'll make it to Utah this year, its something to shot for though. The XJ project isnt over yet, Ive still got some 4.10s and a rear D44 sitting on the garage floor waiting for me. I cant decide what kind of traction devices I want to run.
The winch and lights dont seem to effect the cooling at all. I had them on through last summer and they didnt cause any problems. To be fair, I do have a 3 core and high flow pump, but I had those before the winch was on. The winch does cause increased wind noise at highway speeds so I know theres some turbulance but it apparently has little effect on the flow through the radiator.
