Actually, you are looking for the BCS, or Boost Control Solenoid. The BCS is located on the passenger side frame rail, directly below where the coolant overflow bottle should be. It is held on with one bold, 10mm if I remember correctly (but I never do.  ). Anyway, it should have a plug attached to the bottom and 2 vacuum lines.
Make sure both vacuum lines are attached and that the harness is still attached. I'll go see if I can find you a picture.
