My brother built the Safari version, but the kit was really poor, no safari stuff, no brakes, no suspensions...
He added everything from unused Tamiya parts and I scratched the schnorkel for him (still not finished BTW...)
He told me that the roll cage was a real nightmare, nothing well sized and fitting, was it for you, too ?
You modelling desk is very clean, don't know if it's especially for the photo
but mine most look like a battle field after a nuclear explosion !
