If I were you, I wouldnt put a big cam like that in the truck. Your not going to make any low end power. Big cams also need machined heads, different rockers, springs, and retainers. Also, if you buy one that has too much lift, your going to crash into your pistons and cause all sorts of problems. Its going to be some work if you choose to do this.
