Well for those who did look thank you. I had enough of the wipers in my field of vision, so I did what I had too. I ripped it all apart again, studied the problem, smacked the black solid metal tab with screwdriver and hammer and proceeded to fix my problem.
That little black tab was the answer, works like new and did not cost me 200+ to fix. (quote from garage)
