Re: Thinking of buying a FUSION - anything I should know?

I have driven the auto V6 and it was very nice. It had plenty of power, I don't see why any person should complain about the power of it. The interior was very nice and the car looked great. A family member purchased it a couple of months back and haven't had a single complaint. I sat in a manual car (bear in mind it was not a test drive) and I fooled with the shifter, it didn't seem awkward to me. Maybe the competition is better but I see nothing to complain about. It was nicer than the 96 Escorts shifter. By the way my parents have owned a 96 escort since about 98 and haven't had any problems with it. They bought a second hand 99 taurus from my grand parents and are now thinking of selling the taurus in favor of the escort it was supposed to replace. 96 escort was a great car.
