Tamiya makes a nice matte black, not quite flat but goes down really nicely and may give you the satin effect you want. The stock number is TS6.

If you want to try car paint, Duplicolor makes a good flat black, called Universal Flat Black, agruably the smoothest of any I've tried. The stock number is DS104.
