How much you want to spend?
Iv been looking, and there's nothing worth getting for under $800.
Theres a poloroid with a LCD screen for $300, but it only holds 12 photos, pretty pointless really for that kinda money.
There are some realy cheap ones with out LCD screens for around $130-150, but there really low Res, good if your taking pics of really ugly ppl, but other wise a waste of tim.
Might be an idea to wait till the new year when the prices will come down as the next level of technology comes along.
