Question Photoshop color issues

No matter what I seem to do, all my images get "blue'd out" after I save them. Usually they are more of a yellow/orange hue before I save them, and then the images get the blue hue when I do save them. I've tried saving them as different formats, different qualities (0-12), tried adding photo filters.

Here's an example of what I mean, I know it's not of a car but it's just an example. This first pic is how the image is saved:


This is how the image looks in photoshop (I was able to get this by using a screen cap program):


As you can see, the image before it is saved is a lot warmer in color than the one that is saved. Any one have any ideas as to why this is happening? Is there a setting that I have to mess with to get it to save the way I want it to? I never use to have this problem before I reformatted my HD (over a year ago, and then my PC crapped out for about 11 months... but that's a different story). I should probably mention that Im using Adobe Photoshop CS2.
