Yeah, it always is a mess. But I've been done trusting "shops" for a long time now. Unless its a trusted friend doing the work for the shop...you NEVER know what they did, how well they did it, and if they ruined anything else in the process.....

and its ALWAYS over priced. I think I'll throw a piece of tubing on the radiator drain to direct it into a container....if you don't you have it everywhere even when draining. I never understood that idiotic design of draining. It comes spitting out, and hits EVERYTHING in its path...so you're left throwing rags, catch pans, and anything else underneath the 20 different drip points instead of one clean path.
