first off let me say, i LIVE in albuquerque. the city and the state, new mexico, have one of the highest DUI rates in the country. while it is a silly idea, they have basically come to the point where they will try anything to help and try and curb the rate of DUIs.

i think it's hilarious that it is a woman's voice that does the "talking". i guess i will now start relieving myself in an actual toilet and not a urinal now when i'm out at a bar.
