I continue to bleed the rear brakes and continue to hear a small amount of air blow out of them, but I have ran "literally" 64 fl oz of brand new brake fluid thru the rear brake lines alone. I can find no evidence of any fluid leakage at the wheels or the lines.
Do I have to take the bulb out of the dash so the "brake" light dont stay on, now that I have bypassed the ABS?

Is it your plan to stay with ABS bypassed? You will probably have issues with the rear locking up.
I would tighten up the rear brakes by adjusting them manually. You need to take the wheels off then the drum. Adjust the brakes a couple of clicks. Then put the drum back on. Do this until it is fairly tight and you feel a lot of drag.
